Wednesday, March 18
7pm - Ryan's Birthday Dinner!
Since so many of you are arriving early, we’re planning an outing to one of our favorite PDC taquerias, El Fogon for dinner! They don’t take reservations and seating is first come first serve, but they generally cycle people in pretty quickly. Join us at Casa Central at 6:45 for a 7pm departure (a roughly 10 minute walk).
9pm-ish - Birthday Bar Hop
We’ll pick up any stragglers at Casa Central and proceed up Avenida Quinta for an adventure to some of our favorite local bars!
Thursday, March 19
11am - Early Arrivers' Brunch
Congratulations, you’re an over achiever and you spent your first night in Mexico! Meet at Casa Central at 11am for a short stroll to our favorite brunch spot in town, Choux Choux Café. They don’t take reservations and are often busy, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
6pm - Welcome Dinner and Talent Show
All of our favorite people are all in one place! Come to Casa Central for a buffet style dinner provided by neighborhood spot Carnitas Canitas. Get to know our friends and family, enjoy a margarita, and chow down on some delicious al pastor and carnitas! Once everybody’s liquored up and comfortable we’ll be starting our talent show! If you haven’t yet signed up, do it now!
Friday, March 20
9:30am - Boat Party
Meet at Casa Central by 9:30am for our big catamaran adventure! We’ll be taking a private bus to Cancun to board the catamaran, then heading over to Isla Mujeres for the afternoon with a snorkeling and swimming spot on the way. We’ll be cruising back during sunset and should be back to Playa Del Carmen around 9pm.
9pm - Poolside Pizza Party
Regroup at Casa Central for some much needed sustenance! We’ll be relaxing poolside for a few hours before we head to bed at a responsibly early hour to prepare for the big day.
Saturday, March 21
3:30pm - The Main Event
Join Ryan at Casa Central ready to celebrate! We’ll be departing at 3:45 sharp for a short walk to Bendito Coyote for the ceremony and reception. Cocktail hour starts at 4pm followed by an early dinner at 5pm. We’ll enjoy Mexican canapes and mezcal cocktails until 7, at which point we’ll be migrating back to Casa Central for dessert and dancing!
Sunday, March 22
All Day - Recovery By The Pool
We did it! Let’s reward ourselves with a relaxing day by the pool. We’ll be hanging poolside at Casa Central all day and may migrate over to the beach at some point if folks are so inclined. Feel free to join us or explore Playa Del Carmen…we’re not making any plans!
2pm-ish - Jake Bordano's South of the Border Smash Burger Cookout
We’ll be grilling burgers and whatever else strikes our fancy when the time is right poolside at Casa Central. Help us polish off what’s left of the bar before we all head home!
Monday, March 23
11am - Cenote Adventure
For those of you staying late, we’ll be taking heading to a local swimming hole once the bulk of folks have departed for the airport! This involves a bit of a hike the collectivo station where we’ll hop in a shared taxi to Cenote Azul. Bring your own beverages and snacks, we’ll provide the reef safe sunscreen!
